Information we collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, telephone number, and the trip details you submit through our quote and contact forms, including departure and arrival points, dates, and passenger counts.
Information required to fly. For confirmed flights we collect passenger names, dates of birth, gender, nationality, passport or government identification details, and emergency contacts. On international flights this information is required by law and is transmitted to government authorities, including US Customs and Border Protection through Advance Passenger Information System filings.
Information for owners and account holders. Where you own or place an aircraft with us, we hold billing details, banking information for disbursements, insurance and registration records, and correspondence relating to your aircraft.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. See the cookies section below.
How we use it
- To quote, arrange, and operate flights, including passing details to the operating air carrier, flight crew, ground handlers, and fixed base operators
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including FAA, TSA, DOT, and customs requirements
- To manage aircraft on behalf of owners and to produce owner reporting

Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary:
- Operating air carriers. Flights are operated by FAA-certificated Part 135 air carriers. The operator of your flight receives the passenger and trip information required to conduct it.
- Service providers. Ground handlers, catering, customs brokers, fixed base operators, and ground transport, limited to what each needs.
- Government authorities. Where required by law or regulation.
- Professional advisers and processors. Payment processors, accountants, insurers, and legal counsel, under confidentiality obligations.
- Stratosphere Living. Where you ask us to arrange travel on the ground, we share the details needed to do so with our affiliated travel advisory.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it
We keep flight and passenger records for as long as aviation, tax, and corporate record-keeping rules require, and for the period during which a claim could reasonably be brought. Enquiry records that do not become bookings are kept for a shorter period. Owner and management records are kept for the life of the agreement and for the retention period that follows it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in portable form, and to withdraw consent. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

International transfers
We are based in the United States and information you provide is processed here. Where we arrange international flights, information is shared with handlers, authorities, and operators in the destination country.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. Where a minor travels with us, their details are provided by an accompanying adult.
Changes
