These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered under the Stratosphere Aviation brand by Stratosphere Holdings Group LLC. Flights and management engagements are also governed by the individual agreement signed for that trip or aircraft. Where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.
Who operates your flight
This is the most important thing on this page. Stratosphere Aviation currently sources and arranges private air charter and is not the direct air carrier operating your flight. Flights are performed by independent, appropriately certificated direct air carriers. For United States on-demand charter, the operating carrier holds the applicable FAA authority.
The operating carrier maintains operational control and, through its pilot in command, has final authority over whether, when, and how a flight is conducted. The proposed operating carrier and aircraft are identified before booking, subject to any substitution terms disclosed in the charter agreement.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the trip as described and are valid only for the period stated. They are not confirmed until an agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. Aircraft availability is not held by a quote.
Final cost may change where the trip changes, including revised routing, timing, or passenger count, or where costs outside our control arise. Examples include de-icing, extended crew duty, additional landing or handling fees, and fuel surcharges. We itemise these rather than absorbing them into an unexplained total.
Booking, payment, and cancellation
Booking is confirmed on receipt of a signed charter agreement and cleared funds. Payment terms, cancellation windows, and any recovery of costs already incurred are set out in that agreement.
Your responsibilities as a passenger
- Provide accurate passenger details, including legal names as they appear on identification documents
- Hold valid passports, visas, and any entry documentation required at the destination
- Arrive at the agreed time; delay can affect crew duty limits and airport slots
- Comply with crew instructions and with all applicable laws, including customs and prohibited-items rules
- Declare hazardous materials, firearms, and animals in advance
We may decline to carry any passenger whose conduct or condition presents a safety, legal, or crew risk.
Safety, delay, and cancellation by the operator
The operating carrier may delay, divert, reroute, or cancel a flight where safety, weather, airspace, mechanical status, crew duty limits, or regulation require it. We will work to arrange an alternative, and where a suitable alternative is not available we will refund amounts paid for the unflown portion in accordance with your agreement.
We are not liable for consequential losses arising from a delay or cancellation, including missed connections, events, or accommodation. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Baggage
Baggage capacity is limited by aircraft type, passenger count, fuel load, and weight and balance. Tell us what you are carrying at quote stage, because it can change which aircraft is appropriate. Liability for baggage is governed by the operating carrier's contract of carriage.
Aircraft management and advisory engagements
Management, acquisition, and advisory services are governed by the separate agreement for that engagement, which sets out scope, fees, responsibilities, and term. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a valuation, tax advice, or a guarantee of aircraft performance, availability, resale value, or charter revenue.
Website content
Aircraft categories, seat counts, ranges, flight times, and pricing indications shown on this site are typical figures for illustration. Actual figures vary by tail, configuration, payload, routing, and conditions. Photography is illustrative and may not depict the specific aircraft assigned to your trip.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratosphere Aviation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from arrangement of services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A signed charter, management, acquisition, or advisory agreement may contain additional governing-law and dispute-resolution terms that control that engagement.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
